If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify BossCuci's customer support team immediately via live chat. We will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update your Account details promptly whenever they change. BossCuci relies on the accuracy of your Account information for KYC verification, payment processing, and communications. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

The vast majority of deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. BossCuci is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network disruptions. If a deposit is not credited within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.
To submit a withdrawal request, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, your real-money balance must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold, and there must be no active compliance holds or investigations on your Account. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless BossCuci's compliance team approves an alternative arrangement. This policy is implemented to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their rightful owner.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits (collectively "Promotions") offered by BossCuci are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Only bets placed with real money funds count towards meeting wagering requirements, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
BossCuci reserves the right to void bonus credits, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where we determine, in our sole reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: multi-accounting to claim multiple welcome bonuses, coordinated exploitation of bonus terms, arbitrage betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and use of prohibited betting strategies in relation to bonus funds.
Birthday bonuses are credited once per calendar year to eligible verified Accounts during the Account Holder's birthday month. The applicable bonus amount is determined by the Account Holder's VIP tier at the time of crediting. Loyalty rewards, referral bonuses, and VIP tier benefits are each subject to their own specific terms, available within the Promotions section of the platform.
All sports bets placed on the BossCuci platform are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market, which are available within the Sports section of the platform. BossCuci reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest errors in odds publication, technical faults, or palpable errors. In such cases, the voided stake will be returned to the Account Holder's balance.
All live casino games and RNG-based slot games are provided by certified third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. The published Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game represents the theoretical long-term average return and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BossCuci, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
BossCuci's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
BossCuci does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
You may close your BossCuci Account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon receiving your closure request, BossCuci will process any remaining eligible real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
BossCuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation; or any other circumstances in which BossCuci reasonably determines that continued Account operation would be inappropriate.
Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, BossCuci reserves the right to retain any balance in the Account pending investigation and recovery of any losses suffered.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BossCuci holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through BossCuci's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
BossCuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Account Holders via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the BossCuci platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date.
